Most of us travel the road of pleasure and pain.
We seek pleasure and avoid pain.
Or we aspire to mental principles which we believe to be good.
Unfortunately this is usually accompanied by a fear of punishment and hell for failing to adhere to these principles.
But there is another way.
The road less travelled.
And this is the Way of Love.
To draw close to God through love is to see God's beauty, God's goodness, and God's harmlessness.
We discover that there is nothing to fear.
God requites our love.
And He forgives our mistakes.
He does not punish us.
And He does not judge us.
He opens the Scriptures to us.
And He leads us Home.
