Cold War?

It's no use merely returning to Cold War politics.

We cannot just oppose human rights abuses in traditional enemies: Russia, China, and Cuba.

We cannot ignore human rights abuses against gays and lesbians in Christian countries: Poland, Hungary, Kenya, Nigeria, and Uganda.....

Nor can we ignore human rights abuses in traditional allies like Saudi Arabia.

We cannot afford to create an enemy.

We cannot afford to create two sides.

It's One World or none!

Peace initiatives should be made to traditional enemies: Russia, China, and Cuba.

And sanctions should be introduced to those countries who abuse gay and lesbian rights: Poland, Hungary, Kenya, Nigeria, Uganda.....

We cannot condone hypocrisy.

We must endeavor to create One World at peace.

Murder.

It has been said that if you want to stop an army cut off its head.

And this is what has happened in our world.

The political movements of the 1960s were halted by cutting off their heads.

The murders of John F. Kennedy and his brother Robert Kennedy and the assassinations of Martin Luther King and Malcolm X effectively stopped the civil rights movements of the time.

This is a pattern which continues to be played out in our world.

It has been done throughout history.

And it will be done again unless we become aware of the sources of evil in our world.

It may be helpful to see who benefits from these acts of murder and violence.

Who feels threatened by political and social movements that demand change?

Who profits from the reinforcement of the Status Quo?

Then we may see the truth at last.

A Sensible Approach to Sex.

What the Church lacks is a sensible approach to sex.

Sex is an urgent need that should not be suppressed.

It is not bad or wicked.

And it is not dirty.

Sex is the consummation of love.

And as such it is part of God's good creation.

Homosexuality is love for one's own sex.

It is congenital.

And it is good.

It cannot be acquired or changed by will or force.

And it is not condemned by God.

Gay men and women partake of Eternal Life.

And we are secure in the Love of God.

Reagan's Plot.

Ronald Reagan's political campaign was a "cunningly conceived plot."  Psalm 64:6 (NRSV)

He was reported to have said that Christianity contained "unconventional weapons".

And he used them in his campaign.

These "unconventional weapons " included: demonization of his opponents, damnation of his enemies, blaming and shaming, redemption and salvation.

And he used them as weapons against the Left.

He labelled the left-leaning Hippie Generation "unconscious agents of the devil."

And he called the Soviet Union "The Evil Empire."

He harnessed the hatred and violence of Generation X and directed it against his enemies.

And he enlisted the help of the anti-Communist Pope John Paul II.

But the fact remains - there was no truth in his propaganda.

It was based on hatred and revenge.

And in the end it conspired with evil to win.

The right-wing media reinforced his campaign.

They told us he was a hero and that we preferred his ideas.

But these were lies deliberately and consciously propagated.

He used the Millennium to induce a Last Judgement which was intended to last forever. 

And we endured The End of History.

All of this was planned in secret by right-wing think tanks.

And put into practice through their media outlets.

But nothing lasts forever.

The time has come to expose his lies and the evil motives that inspired them.

His campaign was not a spiritual crusade but a war of hate.

And as such it was intrinsically evil.

Plots.

"Hear my voice, O God, in my complaint; preserve my life from the dread enemy.  Hide me from the secret plots of the wicked, 

from the scheming of evildoers, who whet their tongues like swords, 

who aim bitter words like arrows, shooting from ambush at the blameless; they shoot suddenly, and without fear.

And so it is with Generation X and the corporate bosses.

They think: "Who can see us?  Who can search out our crimes?"

But God can see them.

And His Light will reveal the truth.

That their actions are evil.

Mercy.

What awaits those who have been violent and corrupt in life?

What awaits those who have turned to the devil?

Despite what Fundamentalists may tell you what awaits them is God's Mercy.

God does not punish us or judge us.

He knows our fears and the hidden causes of our transgressions.

What awaits all of us is His Amazing Grace.

"'Your sins are forgiven .'"  Luke 7:48 (NRSV)

"'Go in Peace.'"  Luke 7:50 (NRSV)

And he who is forgiven more will love more.  (Luke 7:42,43)

This is wondrous in our eyes.

Twice Hell!

"'For you cross sea and land to make a single convert, and you make the new convert twice as much a child of hell as yourselves.'"  Matthew 23:15 (NRSV) 

This describes perfectly the unholy alliance between the Religious Right and Generation X.

Darkness.

The evil that curses our world is hidden.

Darkness hides it.

And misinformation makes us blind.

The evil propagated by Generation X in league with Satanists in the music and entertainment industries and covered up by corporate media moguls lurks in the shadows of the zeitgeist.

They lie to themselves.

And they lie to us all.

They claim that they are agents of good whitewashed as they are by the Religious Right.

But their philosophy is evil:

Violence, materialism, egoism, hypocrisy, judgement, vice, and hate.....

They scapegoat Hippies and gays.

They are racist, ignorant, and merciless.

They call themselves bad.

And they delight in pure evil.

But no one seems to care.

They get away with murder.

And they profit from their crimes.

But their time is up.

A new generation of Millennials is rising.

They are politically aware.

And they are more sensible than their predecessors.

There is a light shining in the darkness:

Non-violence, mercy, peace, justice, and love.....

Perhaps now we will see X for what it is:

An evil and ignorant manifestation of hate.

The Law.

If we look at the Ten Commandments they only proscribe things that are harmful to others.

So perhaps rather than ascribing moral authority to the Law we should look at what is harmful to others and what is not.

The only reference to sex is adultery which is harmful to the marriage partner in particular.

There is no prohibition on masturbation.

And the references to homosexuality are part of a long list of things which are questionable in the Law.

Homosexuality is harmful to no one.

So we should not include homosexual sex among those things which God proscribes.

Incest, rape, pedophilia, and violence are all harmful to others.

It is these things that God proscribes.

Love and Hate.

God is Love.

But many Fundamentalist Christians will tell you that hate is a Biblical imperative.

This is based on verses in the Psalms where David says he (and God) hate sin.

Whether this was intended to justify hate is debatable.

But hate is the dark side.

It is the domain of the devil.

It is not part of God at all.

God is wholly good.

He is merciful and forgiving.

And His nature is Love.

Condemnation.

If God does not punish us or judge us where does the Church's message of Condemnation come from?

The origin of theses ideas is in fear.

Fear of transgression.

Fear of punishment.

And they project their experience of authority figures onto God.

But this plays into the hands of the ruling elite which uses the carrot and stick approach to control the masses.

A dim view of humanity feeds their desire to control sin.

They believe that the threat of hell is necessary to make humanity behave.

But this approach does not work.  

Fear begets fear.

And it is fear that inhibits love.

So in fact they are preventing humankind from obeying God.

For God is Love.

And it is love that will save us.

The Message.

What happens after the prophet is dead is that the powers of the world appropriate his message of forgiveness and love and his name and reinstate the religion of rewards and punishments, heaven and hell.

This is the carrot and stick approach of the ruling elite which is universally adopted to keep the masses in line.

Napoleon said that if the Catholic Church had not existed he would have to have invented it.

This should give you some idea of what is involved.

And this is true in modern times.

The Church of the 1950s was part of the Conservative Establishment.

They preached obedience to authority, repentance from sin, guilt and shame.....

They threatened judgement and hell.

And they reinforced the powers of the world.

So do not romanticize the 1950s.

The churches were full.

But they were full of cowards and hypocrites.

Look to the future and hope that the message of forgiveness and love will not be lost again.

Mercy.

"Indeed, God did not send the Son into the world to condemn the world, but in order that the world might be saved through him."  John 3:17 (NRSV) 

Jesus said: "'for I came not to judge the world , but to save the world.'"  John 12:47 (NRSV)

And so Jesus' crusade was a Mission of Mercy.

He will not return to judge the world.

His purpose and his method was mercy and forgiveness.

How many times did Jesus say: "'your sins are forgiven.'"  Mark 2:5 (NRSV)

How many times did he tell of the master writing off debts. (Matthew 18:27, Luke 7:42) 

He said: "'You judge by human standards, I judge no one.'"  John 8:15 (NRSV)

And: "'The Father judges no one.'"  John 5:22 (NRSV)

Jesus' mission reflects the Mercy of God.

It is inevitable that we will make mistakes.

And others will make mistakes also.

And so if we are forgiven so God will forgive others.

No one will perish.

So there can be no hell.

All are forgiven.

Rock Music.

Rock musicians sell their souls and practise covert Satanism in their music and videos.

Many follow the teachings of  Satanist and black magician Aleister Crowley.

His catch-cry: "Do what you will" was adapted by 60s rock stars to: "Do your own thing".

And they tell you to do all the wrong things:

Taking the easy way out, taking drugs while practising yoga, mind games, go with the flow, addiction to pleasure, anti-Christian hate, money for nothing and your chicks for free, sex and drugs and rock and roll.....

All these things have been deliberately promoted by rock stars to sabotage our moral and spiritual life.

And the result is untold pain and suffering.

Their purpose is to damn your soul to hell.

They disturb your mind and curse your spirit.

So be aware of the evil hidden in rock music.

And pray to God for deliverance.

Evil.

Have you seen the posters advertising evil computer games and movies?

Have you heard the evil lyrics of rock songs?

Have you seen the images upside-down and backwards?

My thesis is that these things are the tip of the iceberg.

An iceberg of Satanism that curses our society.

These images and words are not accidental.

And they are not harmless.

They are the visible evidence of a world-wide plot to corrupt and damn humanity.

Hence the flames of hell which seem to be everywhere.

Rock music, movies, sports, and television, even novels and toys are vehicles for this malice that afflicts us.

Most of which is unconscious using subliminal words and images.

So be aware and beware!

There is evil in our world which causes great pain and suffering.

A culture of death which can lead to suicide.

A web of evil which leads to psychosis.

A veil of hate which sabotages hope.  

They hate the Church.

And they hate God.

They promote evil.

And they worship the devil.

Violence and horror sustain them.

And darkness hides them.

So keep your eyes open.

And practise discernment.

Pray to God.

He will deliver you.

Unconscious Fears.

Anything nasty or bad about ourselves we push down into the unconscious.

Jealousy, hatred, malice, revenge, violence, evil.....

All these things we suppress from our consciousness out of fear.

Fear that our sins will be revealed.

We don't want them to be seen so we hide them from ourselves.

But what are these things but unconscious fears.

Fear that if we are not good then we won't be loved.   

Fear of losing love.

Fear of domination.

Fear of suffering.

Fear of pain.

And many more fears of which we are unaware.

But "perfect love casts out fear."  1 John 4:18 (NRSV)

We cannot do it ourselves.

And perfect love comes only from God.

So pray to God that our fears will be overcome.

And trust in His perfect love.

Attitudes.

The reason that the poor and needy are neglected in our society is our attitudes.

Our attitude to the poor, to asylum seekers, to drug addicts and alcoholics, to gays and lesbians.....

We rationalize our privileges by claiming that they bring it on themselves.

"It's their own fault."

And those who preach sin and death rationalize their judgement of them.

This is how they justify their indifference and even their condemnation of those in need.

So what is needed is a change of attitude.

We must see that those who suffer are not guilty of some offense but victims of our oppression and prejudice.

They are human beings like us.

They have a name and a face.

They have their own story.

And it is our responsibility to care.

We vote for governments who persecute asylum seekers and cut foreign aid.

We profit from companies who use slave labor and steal land.

We support a system which exploits the poor and rewards the rich.

We must change our attitudes.

And we must learn to show care and compassion to those who are suffering.

Silence.

When you stop watching television and listening to music in your earphones.....

Awake!

I am awake!

I am aware of the evil in our world.

Satanists operating in rock music and popular culture will try to put you to sleep.

i.e They want you to be unaware of their evil messages.

Like a sleepwalker.

But everything they do registers in the unconscious.

And it is through the unconscious that they try to control you.

So be aware that there are evil people in our world.  

And pray to God for deliverance.
