Its inhabitants are power-mad, obsessive, control-freaks.
And they use force and violence to achieve their ends.
They have little respect for the truth and they are moral relativists.
They can be vindictive and vengeful.
And they associate sex with death*.
No wonder it is called the Accursed Sign.
