One God.

There is One God - the author of all the world's religions.

But just as there are human errors in Christianity there are also errors in other religions.

And so, just as we must read our own scriptures through the filter of reason and science and edit them to remove all violence and fear, so must we revise all the world's sacred writings in order to find the gold at their heart.

Jesus shows us God's Mercy and Forgiveness.

The Buddha shows us God's Compassion.

Krishna shows us God's Light.

Mohammed's God is the Compassionate. the Merciful.

Confucius recommends Duty, Respect, and Harmony.

But the gold at the heart of all the world's religions is God's Love for all humanity.

And so we must lay down the sword and temper our beliefs in order to live in harmony with our neighbors.

'Til in our hearts we know the truth

 that in God's Love we breathe and move.
