Homophobia.

Homophobia is fear.

Fear of AIDS which is fear of disease and death.

The prejudice and hostility that gay people experience in society is the result of this fear.

And if we appeal to the Church for help we encounter the fear of immorality which is fear of evil and fear of God's judgement.

And so we experience accusations of demonic possession and damnation in God's name. 

We are told that we are sentenced to torture in hell forever.

Conversion Therapy is driven by this fear.

But God does not discriminate.

He loves His gay children as He loves others.

And if we appeal to God in prayer He will deliver us.

There is no fear in God.

Only Love.
