Mindfulness.


"When you are walking, know that you are walking."

This is the Buddhist practise of Mindfulness.

Mindfulness allows you to be conscious of what you are doing.

Not just on automatic pilot reacting to everything unconsciously.

It is a close relative of the Yoga practise of Self-Study.

To understand yourself and why you do what you do.

"When you are walking, know that you are walking."
