The problem is Fear.
Fear of :
God - punishment.
- hell.
offending God.
losing love.
rejection.
poverty.
losing privileges.
exploitation.
domination.
rebellion.
strangers.
difference.
being different.
humiliation.
pain.
suffering.
losing.
missing out.
justice.
idealism.
evil.
Satan.
violence.
death.
All these things inhibit our capacity to love
- which is both the cause and purpose of life.
