Presidents.

It should be pointed out to Millennials that several Democrat Presidents have put forward legislation on gun control.

But the Republicans have blocked most of them in the Congress or the Senate.

So the only way forward is to give the Democrats full control of both houses.

Then they must look at the U.S. Constitution.
