My niece said that many of her friends have said to her that they would not bring children into the world as it is now.

This doesn't surprise me.

Were I married and of parenting age I would think twice about having children myself.

Who wants to work 24/7 with no leave and no job security?

Who wants to be dictated to by corporate plutocrats and heartless politicians?

Who wants to be manipulated by media moguls?    

Who wants to deal with hatred and violence?

Who wants to be enslaves to economics?

If life is unmitigated suffering who wants to bring children into the world?
