If you don't face facts there will be consequences.
It's all very well to say: "We have faith, we don't need facts."
Or: "We believe the Bible, we don't believe science."
But if you don't face facts there will be consequences.
The truth is not relative.
There are facts.
And if you don't face facts there will be consequences.
As the Morrison government in Australia has discovered.
They ignored warnings. They ignored advice.
They chose a path which was not in line with the facts.
And now we are facing the consequences.
