Those who are employed in our businesses are not just units of productivity they are our sons and daughters.
They are more than just workers.
They are not to be exploited.
And they are not to be oppressed.
It is our responsibility to make sure that their humanity is respected.
Our businesses are not just profit making enterprises they are extended families that provide for all who are employed in them.
So we should always remember that those employed by us are our sons and our daughters.
