Insanity.

Right-wing Fundamentalist and Evangelical Christians, particularly in the United States, are virtually insane.

Anything that they don't want to happen is said to be untrue and made up by the media.

And anyone who disagrees with them is said to be in league with the devil.

This is a form of insanity.

And it is fed day and night by Fox News.

My prayer is that they will be cured of this madness and returned to sanity and truth.

Day!

Light, life, love, virtue, non-violence, charity, and good.

These are the words that will counter the evil that surrounds us.

We must follow the good and enter Heaven through the Gates of Day!

Gay Men in the Kingdom of God.

As a gay man and a member of the Church of Jesus Christ I can say that I am an outsider.

I am not one of those whom the Church traditionally blesses.

But the Bible clearly indicates that those who were considered outsiders were blessed by God and included by Jesus.

From the childless woman and the eunuchs in Isaiah.

To the Syro-Pheonician woman in Mark and the Samaritan woman in John.

From the Ethiopian eunuch in Acts.

To the Gentiles in Paul's letters.

Outsiders are constantly embraced by God and Jesus.

And so I can say that gay men are included in the Kingdom of God.

And we are blessed with Eternal Life!

Let My People Go!

I have two peoples:

The first is the gay community.

The second is my generation - the Hippies and Baby-Boomers.

Both are captive to negative forces in our society.

Gay people are persecuted and abused.

Baby-Boomers have been reviled and blamed.

Both have been demonized.

But both are also subject to the scourge of Satanism which affects us through rock music.

The gay scene is saturated with Satanic music and videos which play at the gay venues.

And the Hippies are afflicted through their rock legends.

This negative influence causes great pain and suffering for everyone.

But hardly anyone is aware if it.

It sabotages the spiritual quest.

And it turns you away from God's Church.

My prayer is simple:

"Let my people go!"

Blind Guides.

Jesus was amazed at the blindness of the Priests.

He said to Nicodemus: "'Are you a teacher of Israel and yet you do not understand these things?'"  John 3:10 (NRSV)

And so we are amazed that the Priests of Jesus own Church do not know God.

How could this be?

It is because they are indoctrinated into the Orthodox Church view in college and this view is flawed.

They came out in a box and they cannot see outside of that box.

So they do not experience the fullness of God's Love.

They are full of fear.

Fear of sin, fear of sex, fear of punishment, fear of judgement, fear of hell.....

And they impose their fears on others.

Thus shutting them out of the Kingdom of God.

But God is Merciful.

God forgives.

He waits for us to realize.

To realize His unconditional Love.

But this will lead to conflict with those who will try to impose the Orthodox view of sin and punishment, of fear and guilt.

As Jesus discovered.

And this may lead to the cross.

The Antidote.

The antidote to excess is not abstinence but moderation.

And the antidote to the negativity in rock music is the positive words and images of religion.

The antidotes to: death, darkness, night, hate, and evil.....

are: life, light, day, love, and good.....

The antidote to vice is virtue.

And the antidote to drugs is devotion.

The antidote to rock music is sacred classical music.

Discord, agitation, chaos, screaming, and violence.....

are replaced by: harmony, calm, order, euphony, and gentleness.....

Blasphemy is replaced by Faith.

And dysfunction is replaced by wholeness.

Hedonism.

 

The Hedonism of the 60s and 70s derived from Satanism in the rock music.

This was deliberately planted as an ambush to derail peace and love and induce a spiritual death.

Sex and drugs and rock and roll encouraged the sins of indulgence which were intended to result in hell.

  

But the influence of Satanism did not stop there; the 80s saw male strippers and toy boys, bad behavior, blasphemy,  violence, hate, and pure evil.

And it continues to this day.

Contemporary rock stars are designing music and videos to corrupt the next generation.

Sex and drugs and rock and roll is returning to our screens with the same sinister intentions.

So beware and be aware.

There is Satanism in rock music.

Ethics.

All religions have a code of ethics.

You cannot steal the blessing of God and not practise some kind of ethics.

"'The law and the prophets were in effect until John came, since then the good news of the kingdom of God is proclaimed, and everyone tries to enter it by force.  But it is easier for heaven and earth to pass away, than for one stroke of a letter of the law to be dropped.'"  Luke 16:16,17 (NRSV)

Bad is the devil.

And black is the darkness.

But God is Light and He is Good.

"For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts higher then your thoughts."  Isaiah 55:9 (NRSV)

All religions practise some version of the golden rule:

"Do unto others as you would have them do unto you."

There is no black path.

God does not compromise.

He is transcendent - beyond sin and evil.

His Goodness is Supreme.

And His ethics are Eternal.

Death.

Satanic magic is based on the idea of death.

To them death is power and pleasure.

This death is the death to God described by St. Paul.

He says that sin causes the soul to be cut off from God.

This concept is based on Iranian Dualism which states that Ahura Mazda (God) and Ariman (the devil) are equal and opposite forces, the interplay of which creates our experiences on Earth.

But I say that these ideas are erroneous.

There is no devil and no dark forces.

So there can be no death.

These ideas are reactionary negations propagated by those who hate God. 

God is One.

We are surrounded by Life!

And we are bound for Eternal Life in Heaven!

Chaos.

There can be no chaos in an ordered universe.

Chaos theory deals with random events.

But events are not random.

We have just not discerned their nature.

Some philosophical systems suggest that God brought order out of chaos.

But there is no evidence that this chaos ever existed.

And where was God in this chaos?

God is Eternal.

There can be no pre-existing reality.

Chaos is an idea, a negation.

God's universe is a masterpiece of order.

There can be no chaos.

Lies.

If they tell you to lie the chances are they were lying to you in the first place.

Satanists tell their followers to lie.

But they are too stupid to realize that they are lying to them to begin with.

They promise money, fame, and sex.

But there is no guarantee that these things will magically materialize.

So you are selling your souls for nothing.

And perjuring yourselves before God.

Murder Most Foul.

Jesus said: "'Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites!  For you build the tombs of the prophets and decorate the graves of the righteous.....(but).....you are the descendants of those who murdered the prophets.'"  Matthew 23:29-31 (NRSV) 

And this is what happens.

When they have killed the prophet they appropriate his name and take back his authority for themselves.

As Jesus' priests did at Nicaea.

"'Therefore also the Wisdom of God said, "I will send them prophets and apostles, some of whom they will kill, and persecute.'"'  Luke 11:49 (NRSV)

And so it is.

From the blood of JFK to the blood of Martin Luther King Jnr...

The powers of the world will kill the prophets and smear their names.

With the blessings of the Church.

Openness.

Faith in God opens your personality.

We feel gratitude and love.

And we are happy to help.

But we cannot allow people to take advantage of this openness.

Some people will try to exploit you.

They will get you to do all the jobs they don't want to do while they go on holidays.

And this can cause resentment to develop.

So hold on to your sincerity and your gratitude.

And don't allow people to use you.

Interpretation.

It has been said that you can use the Bible to justify just about anything.

It has been used to justify slavery.

It has been used to justify the plundering of nature.

It has been used to subjugate women.

And it has been used to persecute gays and lesbians.

But the interpretation of scripture is God's business.

If we study and pray with a sincere heart God will open the scriptures to us.

And so I have come to understand that any passages that inspire violence, fear, guilt, or hate are not from God.

They are human reactions and assumptions about God.

Usually inspired by fear.

Because God is Love.

And love is our Salvation.

T.V.

All these reality TV shows seem to be morally ambivalent.

Some are even openly evil,

This is supposed to be entertaining.

But I say it is deliberate corruption by those who side with Satan.

Some celebrities and producers sell their souls for fame and fortune.

And they are in the business of weakening our morals.

That is why you will always be confronted with temptation.

They will even glamorize evil.

This is not entertainment.

It is subtle corruption.

How Can I Help?

Part of our spiritual development is the willingness to do things for others.

To contribute to the community.

And meet others' needs.

This can be done on a personal level or it can be done through an organization like the Church.

But too many Churches are not doing anything for the community.

They meet the social needs of members but it goes no further.

And they reminisce about the past when they had tennis clubs and youth groups etc..

But these were merely meeting the needs of members of the congregation not the needs of the community.

So how can I help if you are not doing anything?

It seems to me that if churches are just hanging on and looking after themselves then the Church will die.

A church must be about the business of helping the community not themselves.

Looking after the needs of young people not wondering why they do not come.

The time has passed when the Church dominated society.
