Left Out.

Whenever people talk about the disadvantaged in our society they always leave out gays and lesbians.

This is the case in politics, the media, and in church.

They will include the poor, the mentally ill, asylum-seekers, victims of domestic violence, Aboriginal people, even Muslims.....

But not gays and lesbians.

Why is this?

It can only be prejudice and homophobia.

And the fact that most of them are guilty of persecuting gay people.

It would seem that their hatred and fear of homosexuals is greater than their compassion.

This is a sad situation.

It is frustrating and upsetting.

Many still scapegoat homosexuals.

And so they exempt themselves from showing compassion.

But Aquarius governs homosexuality.

So the new revelations form God cannot exclude homosexuals.

The only people who include LGBT+ people in their statements are members of Joe Biden's Democrat administration. 

So the light of the future shines with us.

You cannot leave us out.

Apostasy.

What do we do with people who have rejected God and turned to the devil as an alternative.

Their parents will not condemn them but they will try to redeem them.

And God, as the ultimate parent, will do so even more than their biological parents.

God loves them.

He will not condemn them.

He will wait.

Wait until they are ready to change.

He will send His Light to show them that the God that they rejected is not the true God.

The harsh God of punishment and judgement is an illusion created by fear.

God is Love.

And Love will save them.

A Highway.

In a recent discussion my friend Ruth said that people are still doing what they were doing in ancient times and that this was human nature.

This is true.

But human nature is the lowest common denominator of the human condition.

By contrast God's way is a Highway.

"For as the heavens are higher than the earth so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts higher than your thoughts."  Isaiah 55:9 (NRSV)

"'make straight in the desert a highway for our God.'"  Isaiah 40:3 (NRSV)

And so we must lift up our minds to higher things:

Equality, justice, charity, generosity, compassion, courage, integrity, honesty.....

And spiritual qualities:

Mercy, forgiveness, unconditional love.

These are the foundations of a higher way.

A Highway that leads to God.

Values.

Do not be seduced by the values of the world: money, power, status, authority, ownership, possessions, fame, influence, pleasures.....

But adopt the values of the Kingdom of God: compassion. sympathy, generosity, charity, courage, integrity, honesty, forgiveness, mercy, justice, peace, love.....

Do not be a slave to the demands of your ego.

But be devoted to the whispers of your heart.

The Good News.

The world does not know God.

And the Good News that comes from God will bring you into conflict with the powers of the world:

Political powers, religious powers, and evil powers which try to control everyone.

The Good News of God's unconditional love and forgiveness is a direct contradiction of the traditional message of the Church.

It is a threat to the powers of the world.

And it is the antithesis of evil.

Morality.

You want to talk morality?

It is immoral to avoid taxes.

It is immoral to exploit labor.

It is immoral to lie about your political opponents.

It is immoral to stand over your underlings.

It is immoral to neglect the poor and needy.

It is immoral to interfere in foreign governments.

It is immoral to hide corruption.

That's what morality is about.

Unionism.

When I began my working life we worked 8 hours had 8 hours recreation and 8 hours rest.

We had both holiday pay and paid sick leave.

Now young people are working 24/7 with no holiday pay or sick leave.

They are not being paid overtime or penalty rates.

And their employment is casual and temporary.

All this has happened because Generation X refused to pay union fees.

They seemed to think that the unions didn't do anything.

But the only way to have power in the workplace is to bargain collectively.

And the only way to do this is to join a union.

This will ensure a voice for you in the workplace.

And a lobby group in government.

So join a union.

And reclaim your collective power.

Freedom.

In the name of Freedom Ronald Reagan created a Right-Wing Plutocracy that was inspired by violence and maintained by fear. 

But it was Freedom in name only.

It was created by violence and force - verbal, emotional, psychic, spiritual, and physical.

It was in 1984 when Reagan was President that Pluto entered its own sign of Scorpio (Power).

Ronald Reagan was an Aquarius but he had Uranus in Capricorn and Neptune opposite Mercury and Uranus.

These aspects enforce the totalitarian aspects of Aquarius and predict the use of propaganda and lies.

Ronald Reagan was a movie star.

And he was well versed in Hollywood's scenario of Good versus Evil. 

He used religion to further his political campaign.

And he used the media to reinforce it.

But time is up.

Donald Trump took things too far from reality.

And now it is being dismantled.

With Pluto entering Aquarius in 2024 it will be destroyed.

And we will see Freedom at last.

God's Kingdom.

In church we had two readings about the Kingdom of God.

In 1 Samuel 8 we find the people of Israel rejecting God's Kingdom and demanding an earthly king to lead them.

In Mark we find Jesus calling people to rejoin the Kingdom of God.

So what does it mean to accept God as king over us.

Jesus says; "'Whoever does the will of God is my brother and sister and mother.'"  Mark 3:35 (NRSV)

But what is the will of God?

The Old Testament Prophets proclaimed that helping the poor and needy - the widow, the orphan, the alien - was the will,of God.

The Beatitudes proclaim that: Heaven, comfort, meekness, righteousness, mercy, love, peace and endurance are the characteristics of the Kingdom.

But ultimately the will of God is that we love one another.

This simple commandment covers all the other aspects of the God's Kingdom.

So love God and love your neighbor.

And enter into the Kingdom of God.

Pleasure.

Generation X seem to believe the Satanic precept that the more wicked the sin the more delicious the pleasure.

And so, they deduce, pleasure itself is evil.

And sex, as the ultimate pleasure, is wicked and of the devil.

This, of course, is ridiculous.

It is a lie.

Why would God, who is all good, create sex as a pleasurable experience if sex was evil?

It doesn't make sense.

So pleasure is not of itself evil. 

Pleasure is a natural part of God's good creation.

And those religious people who label pleasure evil or bad are misguided.

Sexual pleasure is good.

It is not a sin.

It is a gift from God.

And we should not be afraid of it.

One More Thing.

Now that the Hippies are free from corporate oppression we are free to return to the idealism of our youth.

But there is one more thing.

And that is that the influence of rock music in the 1960s and 1970s (and indeed today) is detrimental and sabotages your spiritual quest.

Rock legends sold their souls and poisoned their fans.

Sex and drugs and rock and roll led to degradation and ruin.

And their influence is still present today.

This is the Crime of the Century and it tries to impose a spiritual death.

So if we don't want this to happen again we must be aware of Satanism in rock music and popular culture.

Then, and only then, will we be free!

Hippies.

Now that the Hippies and Baby-Boomers are retired they are no longer captive to corporate oppression.

While we were still working in the corporate owned business world we were forced to accept their right-wing policies under threat of dismissal.

But now we are free of this we can do what we like.

And that will be to return to the idealism and activism of our youth.

We will be able to support charities and activist groups who are working to make the world a better place.

And we can elect governments who are prepared to work towards these goals.

So the plutocrats have lost.

Aquarius has begun.

The Hats.

Generation X seem to think that we should be adopting the attitudes of our parents' generation (the Hats).

But our parents' generation were racist, homophobic, hypocritical, judgemental, and violent.

They fudged their religion.

And they supported the conservative establishment.

They winked at corruption.

And they moralized about sex.

Their attitudes are the reason that people left the Church en masse.

And they won't change.

This is because Generation X are racist, homophobic, hypocritical, judgmental, and violent themselves.

But we won't be dictated to.

Our attitudes are mostly more enlightened.

Integrity, non-violence, peace, and love are higher qualities.

They will see a more just and peaceful world.

A world characterized by freedom and equality.

Life!

Life!

Is all around you.

The trees and the flowers.

The animals and the birds.

The fish in the sea.

And we are alive also.

A part of this Network of Life!

The fertile earth.

The life-giving water.

The air that gives us breath.

Earth

Is the Planet of Life!

Phobias.

Generation X has internalized the sex-phobic and homophobic attitudes of the Religious Right.

Because they say that sex is of the devil they have consciously chosen evil over good.

They dress in black.

And they say they are pure evil.

But the attitudes of the Religious Right are wrong.

God does not condemn sex. 

Nor does He condemn homosexuality.

Sex is love.

And as such it is intimately associated with God.

Sex.

If you love someone you will want them to experience the pleasure of sex.

Sex is not dirty or bad.

Sex is not sinful. 

Sex is the consummation of love.

And it has God's Blessing.

So don't repress sex out of fear.

God does not proscribe sex.

Nor does He punish it.

Sex is love.

And love is the nature of God.

Who Told You?

Who told Generation X that homosexuality was a sin and the domain of the devil?

The fact is that it was the Religious Right.

And this lie inspired violence, hatred, and damnation.

It was said that Ronald Reagan was a father-figure to all those young kids (Generation X).

Despite the fact that those young kids were bad, delinquent, and pure evil.

And despite the fact that they had turned to the devil.

And this despite the fact that they remained violently homophobic.

And so we experienced persecution from the Religious Right and from homophobic devil-worshippers.

But history will prove them wrong.

Homosexuality is not a sin.  

God does not discriminate. 

God punishes no one.

Gay men go to Heaven.

And we partake of Eternal Life!

Charities.

                                    

Jesus said: "For you will always have the poor with you, and you can show kindness to them whenever you wish."  Mark 14:7 (NRSV)

And so it is not necessary for us to start new charities - these charities are already in place - and you can support them whenever you wish. 

There are many charities and international agencies in the world that have been set up to address inequality and suffering.  

It is our place to support them.
