Gay Angels.

Twice in one day I saw images on the Internet linking gay people to the devil.

This is unconscious sabotage at best.

And it plays into the hands of religious homophobes who say that homosexuality is demonic possession.

My job is to counteract this.

And so I use images of gay angels and gay saints.

We are not devils.

We are human beings like you.

We are God's gay sons and daughters.

We share in His Love.

And we will inherit Eternal Life!

Corruption.

The unholy alliance between the Religious Right and the Corporations is mired in corruption.

The Corporations endorse and fund the Religious Right in return for their blessing.

Mission Statements in business and product in religion reflect an unhealthy transaction.

Neither is appropriate.

And neither is true to its nature.

The relationship is more political than spiritual.

And it hides corruption on both sides:

The criminal practices of the Corporations and the financial practices of the Churches.

No wonder they preach Prosperity Theology.

They worship money.

And they have sold the Holy Spirit.

Deregulation.

Self-regulation is no regulation.

And no regulation leads to corruption.

This is what has happened in the world's business communities since deregulation was introduced in the 1980s by Margaret Thatcher and Ronald Reagan.

Following the ideas of F. A. Hayek they labelled all regulation of the economy as totalitarian Communism and therefore the work of the devil.

Their ideas were irrational from the beginning.

But the influence of their allies in the multi-national corporations ensured that their policies were lauded as the saviors of the world's economies.

40 years later these corporations are mired in corruption.

They steal land, exploit labor, avoid taxes, and incite wars.

They corrupt our politicians.

And they deny accountability.

All because of deregulation.

The Religious Left.

The Religious Left have been labelled Satanic by Conservative Christians.

But left in a spiritual sense - i.e. wrong or bad - is not the same as left politically.

Left politically believes in: freedom, equality, social justice, and peace.

This has nothing to do with right and left as described in Matthew 25. 

There the deciding factor is compassion and care for the poor and the needy.

This unconscious prejudice has caused untold suffering in our modern world.

And it is time for it to stop.

Play the Game.

The problem with joining a Church is that they will expect you to play the game.

The truth is that the Churches are not good enough.

Either they preach the wrong things or they don't put it into practice.

They steal the credit and they deceive themselves.

And they expect you to play the game.

"We are the Church."

"So we are good."

Even though the society around them sees the Church as a bankrupt and corrupt institution.

"But we are the good people in God's Church."

Despite the fact that their efforts do not extend beyond the church's door.

And despite the fact that they do next to nothing.

The Church has declined dramatically.

But no one will face the question:

Why?

It is because the Church is not good enough.

They do not contribute to society.

They don't even look after their own.

And they avoid responsibility.

So the Church will die.

There will be a small remnant of Christianity.

But God will have to find another way to save humanity.

Pacifism.

Today is ANZAC Day and we had an Act of Remembrance in church complete with the Last Post.

While I do not disagree with remembering those who died and suffered in war I object to being told I am a disgrace because I am a Pacifist.

My father was injured in a plane crash in World War II but when he returned he received no sympathy for his injuries or the incapacitating after-effects of the war. 

He was permanently scarred and never really recovered.

He died in his 60s.

But my generation has been shamed and bashed because of their Pacifist beliefs.

The older generation think that we are disrespecting those who fought and died in war.

But that is not what was intended.

Our objection was to war itself and the use of ANZAC Day to justify war.

The Vietnam War was a foreign war against a phantom Communist threat.

My generation did not feel compelled to fight.

We were accused of attacking Vietnam veterans on their return from the war.

But I have never seen anyone of my generation attack a veteran.

Rather we felt sorry for them.

They may have felt excluded.

But they were never attacked.

And so another ANZAC Day has come.

But the conflict is not resolved.

The older generation will go to Heaven feeling justified.

And my generation will feel justified as Pacifists.

Anti-Christ.

Evangelical Christians in America called Barak Obama the Anti-Christ.

But they don't know their Anti-Christ from their Godfather.

Ronald Reagan was the Godfather of the Religious Right.

He used them to damn his political enemies and whitewash his allies in the corporations and Generation X.

Barak Obama was a good man who tried to help the poor and the oppressed.

Ronald Reagan was a violent and hateful man hellbent on revenge and victory at all costs.

So they don't know their Anti-Christ from their Godfather.

Joie de Vivre!

When we establish a relationship with God we experience joy!

This is the joy of life that comes from God.

Gone is the debilitating pall of morbid depression.

Gone is the death-wish.

Gone is the emptiness.

For life is full of love.

And full of color.

Once again we can appreciate the beauty of nature:

The flowers, the trees.....

And our companions:

The animals, the birds, the fish of the seas.....

And we become co-creators with God.

We create love and life

And joie de vivre!

Eternal Life.

"'Those who believe in me, even though they die, will live, and everyone who lives and believes in me will never die.'"  John 11;25,26 (NRSV)

Even if they are gay.

Everyone who obeys the commandments to love will have Eternal Life.

And homosexuality is love.

So the objections of homophobes in the Church and in society are contradicted by the words of Jesus himself.

Our relationships are love.

And we will have Eternal Life!

Sex Life.

Satanists in rock music and popular culture believe that sex leads to death.

This is the death to God of St. Paul.

But sex leads to life.

It is the agent of the creation of life.

And so sex is intimately associated with God.

God invented it after all.

And the pleasure associated with sex is good in His sight.

So do not feel guilty about sex.

It is our natural God-given design.

And it leads to life.

Betrayed!

The rock legends of the 1960s and 1970s were covert Satanists.

The hedonism and excess inspired by their music was intended to induce death. 

This is death to God as described by St. Paul.

"For the wages of sin is death."  Roman 6:23 (NRSV)

And "the one who has the power of death, that is, the devil."  Hebrews 2:14 (NRSV)

This is the basis of black magic and Satanism.

And you will find it in their music.

But we are innocent.

We were betrayed!

And God will forgive any excess or error which resulted.

But we cannot continue to listen to their curses. 

This diabolical influence persists to this day in modern rock music. 

Sex and drugs and rock and roll is not the solution that it seems to be.

It is poison.

And it is evil.

Hearts of Flesh.

"I will remove from your body the heart of stone and give you a heart of flesh."  Ezekiel 36:26 (NRSV)

Ultimately those religious people who condemn homosexuals are ruled by fear.

Fear of punishment, fear of judgement, fear of God.

But if we think of gays and lesbians as my gay son, my gay daughter, my gay dad, my gay sister.....then our love may override our fear and we may see that God loves His gay sons and daughters as He loves us.

They are like our own flesh and blood.

If we pray about these things God will answer.

And we can tell the world that the Love of God is for everyone.

Then the persecution will stop and the torment will end.

Hearts of Stone.

Those who have hearts of stone are in fact imprisoned within ramparts of fear.

They feel so threatened and insecure that they hide their love within a fortress of stone.

But this is unconscious.

It is the result of attacks and bullying that they experienced in their childhood when their actions and reactions were not consciously controlled.

But God takes away our fear.

His steadfast Love reassures us and comforts us.

God is trustworthy and reliable.

He restores our souls.

And He opens our hearts.

Prejudice.

Prejudice is to pre-judge.

i.e. A preconceived opinion not based on reason or actual experience (Online Dictionary).

And prejudice is the basis of the generational war.

Ronald Reagan told Generation X that the Baby-Boomers were "unconscious agents of Satan".

And they used this to prejudge them en masse.

Thus they were able to project their guilt onto the Hippies and claim goodness by default.

This is despite the fact that they called themselves bad and many of them had turned to the devil to win.

But Satan's propaganda is backwards.

The Hippies and Baby-Boomers were innocent.

The fact that their rock stars turned to Satan does not mean that they were evil themselves.

And Judgement is not Biblical in any case.

Jesus said: "Do not judge, and you will not be judged."  Luke 6:37 (NRSV)

This is the basis of scapegoating.

Hitler said that embracing the scapegoat created "moral ease" for the majority.

And this is what they have done.

The German word Shadenfreude means to delight in the misfortunes of others.   

And this evil allowed them to torture those who were cast as the scapegoat.

And this can be seen in our modern world.

Generation X delighted in the demise of the Baby-Boomers and took pleasure in torturing them.

And this is the result of their irrational hate and blame of their parent who they see as the architects of our evil world.

But prejudice has its roots in fear.

Fear of poverty, fear of immorality, fear of punishment.

It is hidden by hypocrisy and psychological dishonesty.

This is modern Fascism.

And it is time for it to end.

(NB: This scapegoating practice also applies to gays and lesbians who are seen as immoral and evil minions of the devil as cast by the Religious Right.)

Open Your Heart!

We are born with open hearts.

As tiny children we love freely.

But life teaches us to fear.

And fear buries the heart and builds ramparts around it to protect it.

And so we lose touch with our hearts and the Divine Spark that is within them.

We identify with our defenses - our mask, our facade.

Spiritual development is about dismantling these defenses.

And as such we must overcome our fears.

"You must unlearn what you have learnt." (Yoda)

And reconnect with the your soul which is in your heart.

Only then  can we open our hearts!

The Right and The Left.

In Matthew 25 we see the Judgement of the right and the left.

My thesis is that those on the right are honored and blessed but those on the left are not condemned but forgiven and redeemed.

God punishes no one.

His mercy extends even to those we call evil.

So we should not condemn people because we think that they are on the left - we may be contradicting the Love of God.

The Last Nail.

The last nail in the coffin was the Trump aligned QAnon conspiracy.

This toxic influence pedals lies and hate against left-wing politicians and homosexuals.

It is associated with Neo-Nazis and Evangelical Christians.

And it was largely responsible for the attack on the Capitol building on January 6th 2021.

The fact that Trump and prominent Republicans supported the insurrectionists has outraged Americans and led to people deserting the G.O.P. en masse.

They went too far.

And it backfired.

Now the Democrats have bipartisan support for their policies and the insurgents are being investigated and charged by the F.B.I. and the C.I.A..

So now we have come full circle.

But there is one major difference - the non-violent Hippies and Baby-Boomers were innocent - but the violent QAnon conspirators are not.

It's the difference between love and hate.

Reagan's Plot.

In order to stop the left-wing political movement of the 1960s and 1970s Ronald Reagan elicited the support of Generation X by encouraging them to rebel against the Hippies and Baby-Boomers.

In this way he harnessed the violence and hate within them to intimidate and bash the Hippies.

All left-wing thinking was labelled Marxism and characterized as totalitarian mind control.

This was part of Reagan's campaign against Communism in the U.S.S.R. which he called The Evil Empire. 

In order to do this he sought the support of Pope John Paul II.

John Paul II was elected after the mysterious death of John Paul I.

He was Polish and staunchly anti-Communist. 

He was responsible for the suppression of Liberation Theology which was aligned to left-wing thinking.

Reagan then courted the Religious Right in America telling them that the Hippies were "unconscious agents of Satan".

Thus began his Last Judgement which preyed on Millennium expectations.

This was intended to end left-wing politics forever by damning them.

Reagan said that Christianity contained "unconventional weapons".

And these were weapons in his war against the Left.

This resulted in a kind of brainwashing which he called Reconstruction. 

He did not hesitate to use violence and hate and evil to defeat his perceived enemies.

But the fact remains that it was a political plot.

Betrayed!

In his new movie Judas and the Black Messiah Shaka King portrays the murder of Fred Hampton, the leader of the Illinois Black Panther Party by F.B.I. agents in the late 1960s.

This was done in response to a J. Edgar Hoover (Chief of the F.B.I.) directive to stop the rise of a Black Messiah.   

This would appear to be part of a pattern.

Left-wing Messiahs John F. Kennedy and Robert Kennedy were both murdered in mysterious circumstances.

And Martin Luther King and Malcolm X were also murdered.

Could it be that these Messiahs were  deliberately eliminated in response to the rise of the youth revolution of the 1960s.

In Australia there were also suggestions that the F.B.I. and the C.I.A. were involved in the dismissal of the left-wing Whitlam government in 1975.

Hard-line Conservatives saw all left-wing politicians as Communists and felt justified in removing them.

This can be clearly seen in the McCarthyism of the 1950s and the American response to Communism in the Vietnam War.

Recently Raymond Wood, an ex-undercover N.Y.P.D. policeman, before his death, alleged that the N.Y.P.D. and the F.B.I. covered up details of a plot to bring down the Black Power leader Malcolm X.

Wood's job was to infiltrate civil rights organizations and encourage leaders to commit crimes in order to destroy them.

If this is true then the threat of the left-wing youth movement of the 1960s was put down by J. Edgar Hoover and his conservative allies.     

This is a tragedy that is yet to be fully revealed.

The New Revelation.

So if the Churches cannot survive where then is the new revelation?

The new revelation of Aquarius is manifesting in the Religious Left and Progressive Christianity.

But it it also manifesting outside of the Churches.

God is able to move and enlighten people anywhere.

So the Aquarian vision may appear outside of the Churches.

Anyone can pray.

You do not have to be a Church member.

But full enlightenment and guidance rely on a relationship with God.

So go into your room and close the door.

Pray to God with a sincere heart.

He will hear.

The Religious Wrong.

I would prefer to call Conservative Christians The Religious Wrong.

Because most of their teachings are wrong.

Original Sin,  the Virgin Birth, Substitutionary Atonement, Prosperity Theology, the Second Coming, Judgement, Damnation, and hell.

All of these doctrines are wrong!

And most of them are based on fear.

But we have nothing to fear from God.

God does not punish us.

God loves us.

His mercy and forgiveness are infinite.

And He is reliable and trustworthy.

So do not take their teachings for granted.

The Pharisees thought they were right too.

Heaven.

I can't say it enough:

Gay men go to Heaven.

The threats and hatred of Conservative Christians and regressive members of other religions are based in fear and are therefore not valid. 

The stubborn refusal of the mainstream Churches to embrace more tolerant attitudes is a death wish which will damage the Churches' image still further.

But change will come.

Gay men will be free.

And everyone will know that gay men go to Heaven.

Infinite Love.

The source of love within your heart is infinite.

Capitalism.

The people should not serve Capitalism.

Cooperation.

President Joe Biden is calling for the leaders of industry to cooperate with his plans to improve the lives of all Americans.

This would mark a major shift in global power.

The corporations no longer have absolute power over the population.

The Congress as the people's house has greater power than the corporations most of which are based in the United States.

So President Biden's return to Unionism will have a big impact on the lives of many.

It can only be hoped that the world endorses his plans and follows suit.

Then we may see a more just and equitable world.

God's Love.

Conservative Christians delight in telling gays and lesbians that they are going to hell.

But homosexuality is love.

And "God is love, and those who abide in love abide in God, and God abides in them."  1 John 4:16.

Misinformation.

The rich corporations give millions of dollars to right-wing think tanks who then conduct campaigns of misinformation to obstruct reform.

They somehow justify these donations to their shareholders.

And they wage media-backed hate campaigns against left-wing political leaders.

These campaigns are coordinated with right-wing politicians who back their misinformation and political attacks.  

All of this is motivated by money.

And shareholders turn a blind eye.

So we should ignore their misinformation.

And pray for protection from their campaigns of hate.

Resurrection.

I believe in the Resurrection and Life Everlasting.

Death is not the end.

The Pharisees condemned Jesus to death and hell.

But God lifted him up to a place of honor in Heaven.

And so Jesus lives!

And we live also!

Scapegoats.

There are two scapegoats: Liberal Socialism and Gays and Lesbians.

And these go back to Newt Gingrich who blamed everything on Liberals and Liberal thinking and Ronald Reagan who blamed the left-leaning Hippies and Baby-Boomers for all the evils of the world.

This has culminated in the QAnon conspiracy which lies about left-wing politicians. calls gay men pedophiles, and advocates violence against both.

So if you are embracing either of these scapegoats you are endorsing modern Fascism. 

These scapegoats are powered by hate and fear and are also backed up by right-wing Satanists in our popular culture.

They idolize Adolf Hitler and the Nazis; and they are anti-Semitic, misogynistic, and homophobic.

So if you want to return to sanity in our world you will have to reject their lies and their scapegoating.

Good Friday.

It is hard to know what to feel on Good Friday.

Listening to the readings of that fateful day it would seem that the people involved had little idea of what they were doing.

"Forgive them, Father, they know not what they do."

The Pharisees saw Jesus as a dangerous and threatening heretic.

And the masses followed the lead of the Pharisees.

The Romans saw Jesus as a potentially seditious insurgent - "The King of the Jews".

But Jesus was God's chosen messenger:   

"The Light of the World".

And Good Friday is a sad day because it is the day when God was rejected - the day when the Light went out of the world.

And so our tears are appropriate.

Godfather.

Ronald Reagan was the Godfather of evil.

He justified the violence of Generation X.

And he sanctified their hate.

He inspired damnation.

And he glorified lies.

He used Satan to win.

And as such he became the Godfather of evil.

He moved the Pope to bless his campaign.

And he used Christianity as a political weapon.

But his victory is a lie.

And his glory is fiction.
